The quote you see online is itemized and priced while you watch. If anything legitimately changes once we're on site — which is rare — you see exactly why and approve it before we touch anything.

It depends on your roof's size, pitch, and the shingle line you choose — which is exactly why we don't quote blind. Get your real quote online and you'll see your number, not a range a sales guy rattles off.

One thing we'll promise: the price we quote is the price you pay. No "oh, that didn't include underlayment" games at the end.

Two layers:

Manufacturer warranty — the shingles we install carry long-term IKO^® manufacturer coverage, and as a certified IKO^® RoofPro Select contractor, your installation qualifies for the best available coverage.

Our workmanship guarantee — 10 years, in writing. If something we did leaks or fails, we come back and fix it. That's not a slogan; it's in your paperwork.

2. Check the schedule — we confirm materials and a start date.
3. We install — clean tear-off, quality underlayment, new roofing, magnet sweep when we're done.

Most residential re-roofs are done in 1–2 days of on-site work, weather permitting. When we quote your roof we'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific size and pitch — and we show up when we say we will.

We'll give you an honest read on whether your roof genuinely needs replacement and what it should cost. What we won't do is chase your insurance adjuster with inflated estimates — a roof that doesn't need replacing shouldn't be replaced, and we'll tell you so.
